Everyone's saying what if the sword gets, Well if your sword gets stuck just stand up and take his, in that postion I'd def ukemi just in case the stab didn't kill him though

so what do you take again because what ever it is that technique is very unpractical. why would you ever not look at your enemy? :sushi:

you do look at them, its a split second thing, you only lower your head when you make the stab, lowering your head is only for just incase the oppoents sword drops down, obvisally its not a move that you would do with out risk,i just wanted to see what it may look like so i drew it,and you see what i do in my profile:)

are you self taught or go to a school? and if you stab the person vertically your sword will get stuck in the ribs that is why when you are stabing a person you put your sword horizontal so it doesnt get stuck. if there is a person that is doing a shomen attack to me the last thing i would do is stab them in the gut even if you put your head down the momentum of the shomen would do massive damage it doesnt matter if the person would be concerned weather or not he got stabed the movement of the attack will still follow through with the attack. :sushi:

i go to a school, this isnt meant for a rib attack its to aim for the neck and yes i know that to stab you turn the blade horizontal, this is just a quick sketch of (my) interpratation i never said it was the proper way, this move like i said is a last second thing, and obvisaslly it isnt practised much at all,i just wanted to see,so i drew it,nothing more nothing less,i know the damage that type of attack would do and yes it would probably rest in both coming to greif or seriously injured.

i also note that you do kendo,
and yes i know this is quite a old sketch and i see manythings wrong with it,so dont take it too seriously.:)

i know this and yes i do take pre-war kendo i dont any of that sport crap i take the real thing. no move should leave you dead you should always make openings and passes for yourself. how long have you been practicing? and if you knew the blade was supposed to be horizontal why didnt you draw it that way? :sushi:

becuase i this was just a rush job,i didnt care to much to make it look great,i just wanted a effect, thats all, and i know i hate the sports stuff too.ive done various arts,i only been doing bujinkan for 3 years ,why cant you accpt that this drawing is just a quick sketch, its not a 'how-to' if it will make you happy do you want to see a proper version?
